CV Branding: We have developed a number of Word macros to allow a single toolbar click to brand CV's with customer logos and address details. This feature is available on our on-line demonstration system. For further information, please contact us.

CV Auto-Recognition:  Incoming CV's can be imported into TriSys using our unique CV Auto-Recognition:

• Can be used with Outlook to directly import incoming e-mails with attached CV's

• Automatically extracts the personal details from the CV (name, tel nos', address etc..)

• Shows the full CV (including photos, formatting, fonts etc..) next to extracted fields

• User can drag/drop details between CV and extracted fields

• Automatically displays potential duplicate candidates all in the same view for easy navigation

• Generates an archived CV for duplicate candidates (CV update)

• Stores copy of e-mail (with attached CV) against the candidate record

• Can be run in-batch to process thousands of CV's automatically
