TriSys Back Office Course

 

 

Overview

Designed for the users within a recruitment company who process timesheets, produce invoices and organise payments and payroll who are new to the TriSys system or companies that have recently purchased TriSys version 7/8.

 

Prerequisites

·          Basic Accounting/Payroll Knowledge

·          Completed TriSys CRM Intro Course or have a good working knowledge of TriSys

·          Knowledge of Windows

 

Objectives

The course is designed for mid range users who wish to use the back office elements of TriSys:

 

·          Entering and editing timesheets

·          Preparing placement documentation

·          Entering payroll/Limited company information

·          Exporting information to external accounting systems

·          Raising Sales Invoices and preparing Pay consolidation for export

·          Matching invoices to purchase orders

·          Reporting on Back Office Function
