Designed for technical users with an advanced knowledge of TriSys who wish to design and customise forms, fields, actions as well as writing sophisticated reports using SQL.

Attended TriSys CRM introduction course
Knowledge of structured query language (SQL)
Objectives
The course is designed for sophisticated users or system administrators of TriSys who wish to extend the system to achieve the following:
Design and layout data entry forms
Customise and add new fields
Customise actions and associated templates and documents
Learn the TriSys SQL Server database schema
Write TriSys SQL queries
Integrate SQL queries with report designer
Customise report column layouts, sorting, filtering, grouping and totals
