It appears that your firewall may be blocking trisys.co.uk or you are encountering an error.

Please contact your IT administrator to configure your firewall to recognize all sub-domains of trisys.co.uk and trisys.biz The ports that should be opened for these domains are 80 and 443.

Mobile Handset configuration for Exchange ActiveSync

 

In this document we will step through configuring Exchange ActiveSync.

 

Exchange Active Sync Configuration

 

Follow this demo to configure ActiveSync on the PDA:

 

From the Today screen, tap Start > Programs > ActiveSync.

Note You may see a screen with several messages. If you click on the link that says "If your company supports syncing directly with its Exchange Server you can set up your device to sync with it," you’ll be led through a series of steps to sync your e-mail with your Exchange Server. Otherwise, continue with the steps below.

Tap Menu > Configure Server. If you have not yet set up sync with Exchange Server, this will say Add Server Source.

 

 

 

In Server address, enter the name of the server running Exchange Server.  In this case the server is www.trisys.biz

Select the This server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection check box

Tap Next.

Enter your name, password, and domain, and tap Next.

Select the Save password text box if you want to enable automatic sync.

Select the check boxes for the types of information items that you want to synchronize with Exchange Server.

To change available synchronization settings, select the type of information and tap Settings.

To change Schedule settings to specify a Synchronization time in ActiveSync select > Menu> Schedule.  Enter you desired settings

 

 

 

Tap Finish.

Mail will be synchronised with the server in this case every 30 minutes and the maximum sync time is 5 minutes.

It is also possible to manually synchronize with the server by going Start > Programs > ActiveSync > Sync.
