Remote Assistance: We have enhanced our first rate product support, by implementing a fully operational remote assistance tool into our web site. This provides customers with the ability to request immediate support from a TriSys expert, and have us directly manage your computer. One Stop Shop: For new or existing recruitment agencies, we can deliver and customise not only your recruitment software, but also all of your technical infrastructure too i.e. telephony, cabling, computers, servers, office software etc.. Geographically dispersed startups may wish to opt for our ASP product which offers remote access to the TriSys Recruitment Desktop from anywhere in the world with a browser and internet connection, all for a fixed monthly fee per user.

SMS Messaging: Together with our SMS partner XpresSMS, we can now offer SMS Text messages to be sent directly from TriSys for as little as 5p a message when purchased in groups of 10,000.

CV Manager: The TriSys CV Manager allows consultants to easily create a copy of the candidates CV and enable it (without candidate contact details) to be sent to clients. This allows for the rapid production of mail-merged CV's, so improving efficiency and reducing errors.

Sage Integration: We are now into the final stages of commissioning the latest version of our back office solution to provide a seamless back office accounting interface from TriSys into Sage line 50, 100 and payroll. This is now scheduled for a September 2003 release and further information will be available in our August news letter.
