News Rapid Application Deployment: Our new TriSys Configurator utility is now in production and this month we have been able to cut down the time from initial demonstration to implementation to 48 hours. In one particular case, a new customer site was up and running within 24 hours of order. We are even able to deploy our application over the internet as we have done for one of our customers in Saudi Arabia. If you would like a rapid deployment, however small or large, please contact us. Sage Integration: We are currently working with Sage accredited partners to develop a seamless back office accounting interface from TriSys into Sage line 50, 100 and payroll. This new and highly functional engine will replace our existing TriSys back office/financial utilities. This is scheduled for a July 2003 release and further information will be available in our July news letter. E-Mail Faxing: TriSys is now fully integrated with eFax to provide TriSys users with the ability to send action documents, CV Sends etc.. as fax messages through Outlook e-mail. Fax messages can be sent for as little as 5p a page. Please contact us for further details. File Management: TriSys Forms Designer now has new functionality to manage the plethora of documents, e-mail messages, attachments, archived CV's, icons, images, media files etc.. which are linked to in the SQL Server. This new form allows all document paths to be rationalised ensuring rapid access to any document on the network. This tool also makes relocating the server a breeze. Remote Training: We can offer remote on-line training on any version of TriSys through a web browser. Sessions are on a one to one basis and last for 1 hour, covering topics such as action templates, form designing, reporting, administration etc... Please contact us for further information. SMS Messaging Server: Our SMS messaging server can now deliver Text messages at a specified date and time. This allows recruiters to deliver messages at the optimum time to get noticed. SMS Messages are easily sent from a TriSys action, or automatically from TriSys Web. E-Mail Distribution Server: The TriSys E-Mail server can now deliver bulk e-mail messages at a specified date and time. This allows for the delivery of e-mail messages during working hours in order to get noticed and not lost in spam! Bulk e-mail can be sent from a TriSys action as formatted HTML, or automatically from TriSys Web. Growing Popularity: TriSys' popularity continues to spread.
