TriSys 6.0: The latest version of TriSys was released at the beginning of March 2003, following an extensive 4 month beta test program. Version 6 is completely compatible with all prior versions of TriSys, and incorporates a host of productivity improvements. TriSys Ltd has also made a number of strategic alliances with industry partners to deliver 'best of breed' solutions to the recruitment industry.
E-Mail Integration: TriSys is now fully integrated with both incoming and outgoing e-mail so that all relevant e-mail messages are retained within TriSys as Note/Histories.
CV Auto-Recognition: The CV auto-recognition module has been re-written to provide a very intuitive mechanism to process and manage incoming CV's. This is fully integrated with the e-mail integration functionality to allow incoming CV's to be processed in TriSys with a single click.
PDF Mail-Merge Generation: Any mail-merge letter can be generated as an Adobe Acrobat document, preserving the formatting and including corporate logos and headers, and included in e-mail merges.
Job Board Integration: TriSys now integrates with job board broadcasters to allow TriSys users to send requirements to multiple job boards with a single click.
SMS Messaging: Send bulk SMS text messaging directly from contact lists, or automatically as Web response alerts.
TriSys Web Customisability: To reflect the open architecture design of the TriSys Forms Designer, TriSys Web has now been re-architected to be completely customisable from both the page and business logic perspectives. TriSys Web can thus now support any business process in the same way that TriSys can.
Royal Mail Post Code: Together with one of our partners, TriSys is now delivered with the Royal Mail Post Code Address File as standard. This provides TriSys users with the ability to lookup any UK address using a post code, and perform radial searching to find say, candidates living within 15 miles of Newcastle.
TriSys Back-Office: To meet the needs of most recruitment agencies, TriSys now fully integrates with all Sage accounting packages to provide seamless transfer of front-office data to the back-office.
One-Stop Solution: Together with our hardware and communications partners, TriSys can be delivered as a 'recruitment appliance'. This is a single server computer with all necessary software components pre-installed including TriSys, Microsoft Office, E-Mail, TriSys Web, Sage, Back Office etc.. We will also procure internet communications, firewalls etc.. to ensure that the system is up and running on the day of install.
Availability: Since terminating our distribution agreements in October 2002, TriSys has only been available direct from Technical Recruitment Industry Systems Ltd.
