E-Mail Processor: Our 'lights-out' e-mail processor is now operational. This tool provides intelligent management including routeing, allocation, CV/vacancy parsing and searching of both incoming and outgoing e-mail.

E-Mail Integration: The Outlook automation dialogue which provides the interactive e-mail to database interface has been enhanced to provide e-mail viewing and now has much improved performance.

Daxtra Server: We now have our own in-house CVExtractor Linux server. We can now accurately process thousands of CV's, extracting demographic, work history and education history. This service will be made available to existing customers in the New Year.

Back Office: We have upgraded our timesheet management technology and are currently rolling out TriSys Back Office to another reference site. Once we are confident that this powerful tool is fully operational, we will be contacting those customers who have expressed interest in it.

TriSys E-Mail Processor:  The version 7.0 technology preview release (V6.01) available to TriSys ASP users will soon be integrated with the e-mail processor. The e-mail processor provides the following features:

• Every incoming and outgoing e-mail is automatically attached to the sending/recipient contact(s)

• A Note history of the e-mail is linked to all associated contacts allowing the e-mail to be accessed by any user

• Automatic integration with Daxtra CV parsing - e-mailed CV's generate candidates with no user intervention

• Maintain rules to ignore unwanted e-mails from entering the database - ensuring high quality data

• Free text and date/recipient based searching - search all e-mail from TriSys contact search
