Rollout News: There has been Worldwide interest in TriSys over the last few months and TriSys now has customers in the USA, Australia and Saudi Arabia using our Web and managed services products.

On-Line Help Desk: In addition to our telephone support, we have now upgraded our on-line help desk system which now provides the following:

• Secure login

• Update contact details - phone numbers/e-mail addresses etc..

• Log a new support request

• View/edit existing support requests

• Request TriSys license keys

TriSys ASP: We have now expanded our capacity on our ASP (application service provider) servers in response to increased demand. The TriSys ASP solution is attractive to new start-up agencies as it offers a centralised 'virtual-office' from 1 to 100 users incorporating TriSys, e-mail, Office and shared storage for a fixed monthly fee. TriSys Back-Office: This is now scheduled for an October 2003 release and we shall be implementing this in a number of sites throughout the coming few weeks. Detailed information about this product will be available on our web site in the coming month.
