  1. Attempting to browse for a database to connect too when logging in sometimes caused a type mismatch error. This occured if the application could not connect to the database server. The application will now report the correct reason for it not being able to connect.

  2. A candidate note is now created when a placement is changed through the 'Placement Stage' action.

  3. Fixed an issue where-by the requirement reference is now saved when a requirement is cloned.

  4. Changed the century cross over year in the date control from 1950 to 1920. This means that any date entered with a 2 digit between 20 and 49 will be treated as within the 1900s rather than 2000s.

  5. Fixed saving of a new company address when the postcode is entered before a street can be populated.

  6. The text on Follow Up was not populating the Requirement Job Title or Reference from the requirements CV Send Action.

  7. CV Auto Rec now supports Word 2007 files.

  1. A new system setting has been added that allows you to specify a different URL for Broadbean uploads. This allows new versions to be supported. System Setting:
    "WEB: Broadbean URL" EG: "http://v4.adcourier.com/broadcast-step-1.cgi?username=<USERNAME>&password=<PASSWORD>" Defaults to the older broadbean url so existing systems will continue to work as expected.

  2. The placment documents action now merges fields in related entities correctly (for example PlacementContact_Company).

  3. A new Outlook COM Add In is now available that resolves the bug where the TriSy button failed to work on Emails opened in a seperate window.

  4. The View CV button on the first tab of CV Auto Recognition now opens the CV correctly.

  5. The Reschedule Outstanding Activities function in the diary was previously limited to a maximum of 50 items. This limit has now been increased to 500.

  1. When credit checking is enabled and a company is marked as 'On Stop' the system will now prevent you from adding Requirements or Placements manually or via the booking sheet.

  2. Placement Amendment tracking functionality added which tracks changes to key fields on a placement record once past the date initiated. To enable this in a database the PlacementAmendments table must be added.

  3. Two new reports have been added for systems with Placement Amendment Tracking enabled. These now a list of all changes made to all Placements, and a count of changes made by each user to tracked each field.

  1. Several changes have been made around permanent placements based upon a 'Back Office' user group.
    If the system has this user group set up then only users in this group will be able to edit placements with a status of current.
    In addition users who are not a member of this group will have the following restrictions applied:

    1. When a permanent placement has a status of 'Written' or 'Future' the placment stage action will only allow the status to be changed to 'Back Out' or 'Check In'.
    2. When a permanent placement has a status of 'Back Out' or 'Unbooked' the user will not be able to run the placement stage or credit action.
    3. When a permanent placement has a status of 'Current' or 'Started' the user will not be able to run the placement stage action.
    4. When a permanent placement has a status of 'Credit' the user will not be able to run the placement stage or credit action.

    Users in the back office group will not have the above restrictions applied.
    NOTE: If there is no 'Back Office' user group the system will not apply any of these restrictions.
  2. The account id field in a company record is no longer always read only for non system administrators.
    For non system administrators the field will now only be read only if marked as such in forms design.

  1. A series of new system settings has been added to allow a document to be automatically merged into the CV when a formatted CV is created.
    The system will run a standard word mail merge against the specified header document then append the original CV to it. System Setting:
    "CONTACT: Formatted CV Template 1" Set to the path of the header to be merged, EG: "G:\FormattedCVHeader.doc"
    "CONTACT: Formatted CV Template 2"
    "CONTACT: Formatted CV Template 3"
    "CONTACT: Formatted CV Template 4"
    NOTE: The number specifies the document for used for each of the formatted CV fields, 1 normally being "Company", 2 - "Sales" etc.

  2. A new system setting has been added that allows you to force the user to enter the start data when running the placement action.
    If this is set to false the system will no longer default the start date during the action to the earliest start date on the Requirement, meaning the user will be prompted to manually complete this field. System Setting:
    "Placement Action: Use Earliest Start Date" Set to 'True' or 'False'. Defaults to true so if it is not present the application will continue to behave in the same way.

  3. The new call action can now be set up to update the contact status and availability date. In order to do this just drop these fields onto the first tab of the call action form.

  1. A new system setting has been added to allow the contracts produced in Placement Documents to contain the PAYE cost rate when the candidate is on Payroll. System Setting:
    "PLACEMENT: Use PAYE rate in contracts" Set to 'True' or 'False'. Defaults to false so if it is not present the application will continue to behave in the same way.
    NOTE: In order for this to work the following views must also be manually updated: v_RatesGridQuery, v_RequirementRatesGridQuery

  2. A new system setting has been added to allow Sales Invoice Ids to be generated using simple sequential numbering with a 'P' prefix for permanent and a 'T' prefix for temporary & contract placements. System Setting:
    "SALES INVOICE: Simple sequential Ids" Set to 'True' or 'False'. Defaults to false so if it is not present the application will continue to behave in the same way.

  3. The contact all fields view now rebuilds correctly showing the 'Added By' user.

  1. The placement documents action now saves the contract document against the note history that is created.

  2. A new system setting has been added to allow the "Update E-Mail Address" field in the dialog shown by the Outlook COM Add In to be set. System Setting:
    "Outlook Email: Update Email Address" Set to 'True' or 'False'. Defaults to true so if it is not present the application will continue to behave in the same way.

  3. A new system setting has been added to allow the matching option (And/Or) in the dialog shown by the Outlook COM Add In to be set. System Setting:
    "Outlook Email: Default Matching" Set to 'AND' or 'OR'. Defaults to 'OR' so if it is not present the application will continue to behave in the same way.

  4. Pop up dialog's such as the message box and the text editor no longer get lost behind the main window.

  5. The Requirment and Placement forms can now be printed without an error being produced.

  6. CVAR now correctly shows the personal Email address (as opposed to the work Email address) when updating an existing contact.

  7. CVAR now correctly persists the maximum documents setting.

  8. The swift address field on the bank details form has had the validation relaxed so it now allows any string up to 128 characters long.

  9. Setting the 'Sync with outlook' field to true on a new contact no longer results in an error on save.

  10. The temps booking sheet no longer throws errors when editing the shift and double clicking the OK button when editing another field.
