Dedicated Servers

We are expanding our ASP server capability in October 2006 to handle much greater volumes of customers. This new 'server farm' will operate dedicated application servers with dedicated bandwidth to each customer and its consultants. This will greatly improve overall performance for existing customers who will be migrated to the new farm beginning Oct 2nd.

User Controlled Task Manager

Users in the terminal Service environment such as our ASP environment sometime find they do not have the control over their sessions in a way they would have on a normal computer in the office. We now offer a version of the Windows Task Manager for users who wish to control their applications at a higher level. This offers more versatility and autonomy over the TriSys Helpdesk and is available at user request. It can be controlled using permission’s assigned on a user or group basis. TriSys Ultra-Lite

A derivative of TriSys Web designed exclusively for use on portable devices such as PDA’s and Windows powered mobile phones. It is ideal for mobile access to TriSys data over the internet 24x7 from anywhere. It is also integrated onto the current TriSys Outlook Web Access to provide centralised web browser access to mail and business information.
