TriSys Technical Support System.

TriSys provides support for all its products and services from this central portal. Customers can manage their support issues/tickets, personal details, remote desktop accounts as well as request license keys or a callback.

You will be requested to login in order to access the secure customer specific sections of this support portal.

Support Issues/Tickets

When you log a support request, this is handled as an 'issue' in our database. Another term often used for a support issue is a 'ticket'. You can access your issues from the menu on the left, or create a new issue using the same menu on the left.

Callback Request

You can choose to have one of our support representatives call you back provided you have a support contract. Please be aware that your request will be placed in a queue and we will contact you as soon as your request filters to the top of our queueing system.
