CRM Introduction	Knowledge of windows	Designed for recruitment consultants who are new to the TriSys system or companies that have recently purchased TriSys version 7 or 8 &/or TriSys ASP	£250
CRM Advanced	Attended CRM Introduction course	Designed for recruitment consultants who have attended the CRM introduction or have a good basic working knowledge of TriSys and want to develop their TriSys skills to get the best from the system e.g. better searching and workflow	£300
System Administration	Attended CRM Introduction course or advanced TriSys knowledge	Designed for the person who is responsible for the system administration e.g. setting up new users, updating user records and setting up the standard templates for use within the system	£350
Back Office	Knowledge of windows	Designed for the users within a recruitment company who process timesheets, produce invoices and organise payments and payroll who are new to the TriSys system or companies that have recently purchased TriSys version 7	£350
Designer	Attended CRM course + knowledge of SQL	Designed for technical users with an advanced knowledge of TriSys who wish to design and customise forms, fields, actions as well as writing sophisticated reports using SQL	£1,250
Developer	Attended Designer course + knowledge of VB	Designed for VB/SQL programmers who wish to program the internal recruitment business logic workflow and create new custom forms and third party interfaces by writing sophisticated VB & SQL within custom DLL's	£1,500

All courses are full day courses hosted at our training centre in Cambridge
Courses run from 09:30 to 17:00 with a 45 minute break for lunch
