
All actions relating to placements are displayed in this group:
Call: Make a telephone call to the client contact, or placed candidate.
E-Mail/Direct Mail: Mail merge letters for printing or e-mail distribution.
Meeting: Book a meeting with the client contact in relation to this placement and confirm by letter/e-mail.
P45 Request: Request the sending of the candidates P45 taxation document by the accounts department to the candidate.
Placement Credit: For permanent placements, arrange for a credit note to be raised to the client.
Placement Documents: Generate and send contract documentation to both the client and candidate.
Placement Extension: Extend the placement beyond the original end date.
Placement Stage: Carry out additional stages in the placement lifecycle such as Check-In, Back-Out, Contract Ending or Terminate.
Unlock Placement: Unlock the placement (subject to security permissions and auditing) to allow editing of the read-only fields.
