Activities/Tasks

The Activities/Tasks options relate to the behaviour of the diary and post-it noted:

 

Follow Up Days

This setting is the number of days in the future to schedule a follow-up task. For example, if the appointment is for a Tuesday and is followed-up, the next appointment will be a Thursday is this setting is 2.

 

Cleared Task

When a cleared task is visible in the diary, it is coloured using the colour specified in this setting. It can be changed by using the button to the right of the Cleared Task Back Colour field.

 

Alarm Sound

When a task is alarmed and the user is alerted, the audible sound specified in this field is played. This setting can be any windows wave (.wav) file.

 

Post-It Note

Activity Type: The system has a task type for post-it notes, and this option is available to administrators only to configure this for legacy systems only.
