The TriSys application is a designed to be fully compatible with the Microsoft Windows application guidelines so as to be familiar as possible to users of Windows, Office and other compatible third party products.
In particular, TriSys mimics the Outlook navigation mechanism and in this latest version, optionally uses the recently designed Ribbon interface for easier access to all system functions.
The Navigation Bar or Ribbon provide easy access to all of the major ‘entities’ such as contacts, companies, requirements etc.. and TriSys makes use of powerful grid technology for lookup, filtering, sorting and drill down into record details.
In general, the most efficient way to use the data in TriSys is to search for it, filter & sort, then drill down into the detail for update purposes.
TriSys is an actions driven application where each action conducts a series of workflow steps such as mail-merge, updating calendars, sending e-mails etc.. and the actions provided out of the box are complete and highly functional.
Although the system is a completely functional recruitment application delivered ‘out of the box’, every form/field/action etc.. can be customised, making TriSys the most customisable of all recruitment software packages.
