Booking Sheet Form

The booking sheet form opens as follows:

The booking sheet is broken down into a number of areas:

•      Filtering: This is where the filter for what is displayed in the booking sheet is specified.

•      Period Navigation: This is the arrows which control the date direction of the sheet.

•      Schedule Control: This is the booking schedule comprised of a list of requirements/bookings and a schedule of slots/shifts associated with the requirement and date.

•      Candidate Search Criteria: This is where the search criteria is specified and can be either advanced or based on simple criteria.

•      Candidate Search Results: This is a grid of candidates matching the search criteria where each candidate can be dragged into the booking sheet schedule.
