This is what will be charged to the client for each period that the candidate has worked. It is a multi-currency amount period field where the period can be any of the default period i.e. Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.. The Charge Rate should always be higher than the Pay Rate and the difference is the margin or profit made by the agency for recruiting the candidate and for managing the timesheeting, invoicing and financial transactions.
