TriSys is typically installed on a number of windows PC’s and sits alongside other software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel etc.. This is typically called the client computer.

All of the database records accessed through TriSys will reside on a network computer called a server, which runs a powerful and scalable relational database management system called SQL Server.

All files such as CV’s, e-mail templates etc.. will also be stored on a network computer allowing shared access to all documents in the enterprise.

All e-mails are typically managed by a specialised e-mail server such as Exchange Server. TriSys is tightly integrated with Exchange to facilitate the automatic logging of all incoming and outgoing e-mails against recipient contacts and companies.

TriSys provides its own document indexing server to process all CV’s and provide sub-second free text searching over the entire CV database.
