This button is used once the user is happy that this is a new contact i.e. not a duplicate, and that all CV information has been correctly parsed or manually assigned by dragging/dropping.
The new contact is created in the database, the parsed CV is moved and renamed (as configured in Settings), and the new contact form is opened showing the new candidate record.
