The credit tab shows information relating to credit:
Credit is a re-imbursement of fees to a client based on an arrangement agreed between both parties. Example reasons for credit could be:
• Client overpaid or was overcharged for services.
• Candidate failed to complete probationary period but the agency was paid prior to this.
• Client negotiated a credit based upon promise of future business.
