This tab contains a grid showing all CV’s which failed to be processed:

When running CVAR in batch mode, most CV’s will be processed correctly. For those which cannot be processed, they are listed in this grid so that the user can manually process these once the batch has completed.
Reasons for generating exceptions are as follows:
• Incorrect field specifications: for example, the surname was missing.
• Duplicate candidate found: a candidate with the same name has been found during batch processing.
• Unable to open CV: for example, the CV document is corrupt or is password protected.
• CV is an image only PDF: if the CV has been scanned and turned into a graphic, no text will be readable and no fields completed.
In order to manually process the exception, double click the grid row and this will re-process the chosen CV and re-focus upon the Auto-Recognise CV tab from where the user can manually drag/drop or type in the mandatory fields. As this is done, the selected row is removed from the exceptions tab.
