Grouping Area

This element is displayed when grouping is turned on:

It shows the columns which have been grouped in a tree-like hierarchy. For example in the image above, the grid is grouped by company then surname, meaning that all records will be grouped together first by company then by surname as shown:

To use the grouping function, hold and drag the required column into this area as shown:
