This button uses the entity name selected above and pops-up an entity selection dialogue to allow the user to choose the entity record to be linked.

For example, if Placement is chosen, the following selection dialogue may appear:

Upon selection, the entity record text box to the right of the entity selection is populated with a summary of the selected entity record.
