Menu/Ribbon Options
The management of the categories and lookups is controlled entirely by the menu/ribbon options. Double clicking the row edits the attribute.
Note: The menu/ribbon options operate upon the last clicked grid, so in order to add an attribute, click the attribute (right) grid, then the ribbon add button, and to delete a category, click the categories (left) grid, then the ribbon delete button.
