The Merge Fields.txt file contains a list of all fields which can be used in mail merge templates using the document template editor.
Each field is of the form:
##TableName_FieldName##
Where ## is used as both the start and end field delimiter.
TableName is the name of the database table.
FieldName is the name of the database table column.
