Multiple User View

The diary is able to show multiple users’ calendars side by side based upon those users selected in the Options above.

When multiple users are selected, the user name will be shown in a separate column for each date selected as shown in the example below:

Drag and drop of any users task  between times and different dates, subject of course to security, is possible as expected, however the multiple user view also allows a task scheduled for a particular user to be moved to another users diary, therefore changing the underlying user link. The net effect is that it is possible for consultants to swap their work tasks with colleagues very easily.

In the following example, the tasks assigned to the first and third consultant above have been dragged onto the second consultants diary therefore changing the owner:
