This tab view contains all e-mail messages which have been processed by the TriSys Exchange Synchronisation component but require attention due to a mis-match or unrecognised e-mail address:

Any e-mails sent or received through the Exchange e-mail server (via Outlook or Outlook Web Access e-mail, or Windows Mobile E-Mail etc..), are automatically logged against relevant existing contact records matched on e-mail address. If, however a sender or recipient e-mail address is not recognised by TriSys, a copy of the e-mail is shown in this grid.
To process the e-mail and harvest the recipient or sender e-mail addresses, either double click the grid or select the following button:

The following dialogue is displayed:

This dialogue is used to assign e-mail addresses of recipients to existing contact records or to generate new contacts from the e-mail details.
The buttons on this form are as follows:
Create Contact: Create a contact in the database from the selected e-mail address in the Sender / Recipients grid. The new contact record is added to the Contacts grid following creation.
Add Address to Contact: Select an existing contact and assign the unrecognised e-mail address to the next available alternative e-mail address in the selected contact. The selected contact record is added to the Contacts grid following creation.
Rescan DB for Contacts: Sometimes, the same contact or two different contacts with the same e-mail address are included in the To, CC or Bcc of the e-mail. This button is used to rescan after processing a particular e-mail address to ensure that the data is correctly synchronised.
Open in Outlook: A copy of the original e-mail is opened in Outlook.
Add Contact: Add an existing contact to the Contacts grid so that this e-mail is referenced against their Note/History grid.
Remove Contact: Remove the selected contact so that their record does not reference this e-mail.
Mark as Processed: Once the consultant is happy that all relevant information and links are correct, this button marks the e-mail as processed and removes it from the list, moving on to the next un-processed e-mail if one exists.
Delete E-Mail: If the e-mail is not relevant to the business, it can be deleted.
Next: Move to the next e-mail to be processed.
Last: Move to the previous e-mail to be processed
The e-mail sent/received/subject attributes are also shown as well as the HTML view of the e-mail complete with rich text, graphics etc.. The Text View shows only the text with the HTML tags removed for easier cut/copy operations. The attachments are also stripped out of the attachment for convenience.
The following buttons are shown at the foot of this My E-Mail tab:

• View Task: View the Note/History generated by the Exchange Sync component.
• Rescan DB For Contacts: After some e-mails are processed and e-mail addresses harvested, this button is used to process remaining e-mails which contain the harvested e-mail addresses, so reducing the list.
• Ignore Missing Contacts: Where TriSys is unable to match all e-mail addresses against contact records, this button forces the e-mail to be processed anyway.
• Create Rule: See the section below on Rules.
• Delete: Delete the selected e-mail and do not process.
