This is the number of people required to be placed with the client. It comprises a numeric entry field and spin up/down buttons to the right.

Typically in permanent and contract recruitment, most requirements are for a single candidate, and this field defaults to 1 for this reason. In the Temps market and for some contract positions, more than 1 candidate is required.

This field is significant in that when candidates are placed for this requirement using the placement action, the requirement will be marked as Filled when the number of placements equals this field value. The requirement therefore will automatically disappear from the list of live jobs on TriSys Web.
