Options Group

Contact Users: This drop down allows for the management of users who are linked to the contact record:

Add User: Pop-up a list of users to allow selection of a user to be linked to this contact.

Remove User: Show all linked users and allow the selected to be removed from the list of linked users.

Set Owner: Pop-up a list of users to allow selection of a user who is to be linked as the owner of the contact record.

Repeat Activity Wizard: Invoke a wizard to generate a series of recurring diarised tasks for example birthday reminders etc..

Synchronise Home Address: Force the contact address to be linked to another contacts home address so that changes to one home address will be reflected in the other. This may be useful for candidates who are living together.

Set User Login: Associate a user account with the contact record. This is a legacy option only as it is not now possible to create users without first associating or creating a linked contact record. The option remains for agencies who have been using TriSys for many years and have not correctly linked all users to user contacts.
