Owner

This field comprises a drop down of all user records who are linked to the contact record. Contacts linked to users will show up in grids where users have specified to view only their contacts.

Only 1 user however can ‘own’ a contact and this user is shown with the expression “(Owner)” appended to their name in this list.

Users can be added to this list using the OptionsàContact Users menu or the OptionsàSet User Login button in the contextual form tab in the ribbon.
