Permanent Tab

The permanent tab is only visible for permanent placements and holds the salary and fee details for the job:

All of the fields on this tab are shown read-only because they are edited using the Rates Calculator which is opened when the Fee Calculator button is pressed.

The Fee Calculator is identical to that described in the requirement form.
