The placements grid contains all permanent placements which match the filter criteria and is used to select one or more placements and generate sales invoices for fees.
The grid shows the placement details and fee due.
The grid row can be double clicked to drill into the placement, or right mouse clicked to pop-up a menu to drill into the placement.
The grid has multi-select capability so that multiple placements can be processed at any time using the buttons beneath.
