This shows the post code selected in the grid, but is also used to enter new post codes and lookup the related town to add to the grid. The button to the right is disabled until adding a new post code/town (see below) or updating an existing one.
When adding or deleting a post code, this button is used to lookup an address associated with the entered post code.
