This lookup is enabled only when the stage is set to terminated. It offers the following choices:
N/A: Not applicable (not terminated for any reason)
Candidate Not Suitable: When the company terminates, this indicates that the candidate turned out to be unsuited to the role.
Gone Permanent: This option indicates that the candidate was persuaded to join the client on a permanent basis.
New Contract: This option is chosen when the candidate was offered an extension to the current role.
No Longer Required: This option is chosen when the contract has come to an end either early or as planned.
