Record List

Each record is represented as a row in the grid. Each record comprises one or more fields which are shown as columns in the grid:

Grids may also have both horizontal and vertical scroll bars depending upon whether the current screen resolution can display all grid data in the viewable area:

 

The scrollbars are standard windows scrollbars and can be scrolled using either the mouse, cursor keys, wheel or page up/down keys.

When a record is selected, the row will be highlighted.

Double clicking the highlighted/selected row will drill down into the underlying record.

Some grids will have ‘context menus’. These can be invoked by right mouse clicking on the record and selecting the appropriate menu item from the pop-up menu:
