The generated reference number of the requirement. This is a mandatory field.
The reference field is broken down into two parts:

The first part is called the ‘requirement prefix’ and is normally associated with the consultant login so that their respective requirements are easily identified where published in reports or in external media such as job boards or printed publications. This is configured in the user settings dialogue but can be edited if necessary.
The second read-only part of the reference is automatically generated by the application and is a 6-digit number which increments for each new requirement created.
