There are two columns which can be used to select candidates to be shortlisted and deleted from further consideration.
Shortlist: Tick this check box if the candidate is suitably qualified and should be shortlisted for the position.
Delete: Tick this check box is the candidate is not suitable for this position and should be shown the Deleted Candidates tab for this requirement.
