This is a reference field pointing to an existing address of the client contacts company. In some cases the hiring manager will be recruiting a member of staff for a different division or location within the organisation.
By default this references the work address of the client contact, but using the company button to the left of the field will open a pop-up dialogue from where all company addresses can be selected. If this address is not available, open the company record and add it first before selecting it.
