This panel is where the skills/attributes are extracted from the processed CV.
Typically, although ‘skilling’ is an important part of recruitment, the free text CV search capabilities of TriSys obviate the need to maintain separate skill lists and keep these synchronised with those found on the CV. It is therefore recommended that ‘skilling’ is not automated, but rather used manually to identify so called ‘soft skills’ i.e. those which cannot be discerned from a CV e.g. candidates ability to speak a foreign language.
