Rename the CV to a more easily identifiable combination of the surname, initials and unique generated candidate identifier, preserving the file extension e.g. if the original incoming CV was ‘fred bloggs CV.doc’, and this resulted in a new candidate with ID 123456, then the CV would be renamed: Bloggs_F_123456.doc.
