Task Alarms

The Task alarms panel is normally docked and hidden to the right of the interface at start-up:

The number of outstanding tasks (diarised appointments) is shown also.

Hovering or clicking on this tab exposes the list of alarms:

The list contains the date/time, task type and text description of the outstanding task.

Double click on the task to open it.

The following buttons are also present:

•      Select All: Select all tasks in the list

•      Snooze: Turn off reminders for a specified amount of time

•      Cancel Alarm: Turn off reminder for selected task(s)

•      Clear: Mark the selected task(s) as completed

•      Reschedule: Open each selected task for editing

•      Contact: Open the contact record associated with the task
