Introduction
Fields of type Contact can be created for any form and dropped onto the form to allow the user to link any contact record to any other record.
This document shows how to use the additional fields automatically created when new contact fields are created in form designer.

Creating a Contact Field Using Form Designer
Open Form Designer 5.00.104 or later and open any form design:
When the field has been created, three other fields are automatically generated:
Drag and drop these fields onto the form:

Using the Fields at Run-Time
Open TriSys 5.00.104 or later and open the form upon which the fields have been designed.
Press on the first ellipse button to find a contact:
The use can find either clients or candidates.
When a suitable contact has been selected, the details are displayed in the underlying form:
In this case the selected contact has a company and company address, but no home address.
To remove the details, press the ellipse button again and answer Yes to the question:
