1. Go to www.trisys.biz, place the mouse pointer over the Helpdesk icon to view the additional menu, Click Log a Support Request.

2. Enter your Login Name and Password, Click Login button, if you don’t know your Login and Password Click the Click Here text, shown in the red box.

3. In the View Support Requests window that appears Click Add New Issue button

4. Enter problem name in Issue Name in the box available. Then enter as much detail in relation to the problem as possible. E.g. what step did you take prior to the problem occurring? Are any other PC’s affected? Has this problem occurred before? Etc.

5. Additional information such as a screenshot can be added e.g. of an Error Message that appears, by Clicking the Browse button (the screen below will appear) and locating the document in which the screenshot has been saved. THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, add the file by double clicking on it.
