Printing to a PDF file is a useful means of permanently storing copies of important documents in a read only format, they are also an internationally accepted document format.
For these reasons TriSys have implemented a “Print to PDF” feature within the Terminal Services Environment available to all ASP customers. If you are a customer and need to print to PDF follow these instructions from the TriSys environment:
Printing to PDF can be done from any application including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and Outlook. In this example I will show you how to print to PDF from Outlook and save to your local drive.
1. When Printing in Outlook select the mail you would like to print > Select File > Print.

From here you need to select the printer you are going to print to. A selection of you current printers will be on view but you need to use the one called PDF-XChange Lite 3.0. Simply select this printer.

The PDF printer will prompt you to save the newly created document. You can save it in the ASP environment or locally to your own computer.
