To log into to TriSys on a Windows Vista machine you will need to enter a server name prefix before your username, the prefix is..

trisys-reading\

So the login screen would read:

Username: trisys-reading\Firstname.Surname

Password: *******

Also, if it’s your first time logging in from a Vista machine and you experiencing issues with performance, here is the fix to stop the speed issue from occurring.

Go into the Start menu, then click on all programs.

Open up ‘Accessories’ then right click on ‘Command Prompt’ and choose to Run as administrator.

- Type: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

- Press Enter

You should see an ‘ok’ message. Press enter to the prompt. Once this is done, you can log into TriSys ASP without any speed issues
