There is no need to set up a complex job profile, as consultants use the booking wizard to go through a fast set up process. Once the pay and charge rates are set, suitable candidates can be added to the shifts using simple drag and drop directly from a list of candidates. This also allows a number of candidates to be selected at once and moved into vacant shifts.
