The TriSys Mobile software suite runs on mobile phones/PDA's and provides
a real-time interface to the data held in the TriSys database. The application permits
full phone functionality by being able to click phone numbers and make calls, click e-mail
addresses and send e-mail, and click URL's to open a web page.
The mobile client uses a secure web service to authenticate login details and redirect to the
appropriate data web service hosting the TriSys SQL Server database and G:\ drive.
Consultants are then able to download and view CV's, maps, photos whilst on the move in any
location - a true mobile database application.

TriSys ASP can utilise Google Apps' G-Mail for e-mail management.

is a fully managed e-mail server in the cloud.
ASP Customers are able to access their e-mail from Outlook or a web
browser application supplied by Google. This provides a secure web application to allow
access to e-mail from any public internet terminal or from any mobile phone.

Business Productivity On-Line Suite
(BPOS) is a fully managed Exchange e-mail server in the
cloud.
Exchange is a very powerful e-mail and groupware server which allows TriSys ASP
to manage all e-mail for customers. ASP Customers are able to access their e-mail from Outlook or a web
browser technology called Outlook Web Access (OWA). This provides a secure web application to allow
access to e-mail from any public internet terminal or from any mobile phone.

TriSys E-Mail Synchronisation technology permits all incoming and outgoing
e-mail from both GMail and BPOS to be logged against all senders/recipients, thus providing a full audit-trail of
all correspondence between recruitment consultants and their customers and candidates.
