It appears that your firewall may be blocking trisys.co.uk or you are encountering an error.

Please contact your IT administrator to configure your firewall to recognize all sub-domains of trisys.co.uk and trisys.biz The ports that should be opened for these domains are 80 and 443.

Both Outlook and Gmail are registering that you have sent an e-mail.

 

We need to switch the option off for Outlook.

 

Please do the following .....

 

Open Outlook

 

Select "Tools" then "Options"

 

Select "E-Mail Options"

 

Uncheck "Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder"

 

Select "OK"

 

Select "OK"

 

Gmail will now handle the registration of Sent Items from now on.
