It appears that your firewall may be blocking trisys.co.uk or you are encountering an error.

Please contact your IT administrator to configure your firewall to recognize all sub-domains of trisys.co.uk and trisys.biz The ports that should be opened for these domains are 80 and 443.

Google handles deleted items in a different way to Exchange Server.

 

Default Language – English (UK)

When an item is marked for deletion Google moves it to the “All Mail” folder rather than the “Bin” folder.

To actively delete an item drag it to the “Bin” folder under Google Mail in the folder tree.

 Items in this folder are automatically deleted after 30 days.

 

Default Language – English (US)

When an item is marked for deletion Google moves it to the “All Mail” folder rather than the “Trash” folder.

To actively delete an item drag it to the “Trash” folder under Gmail in the folder tree.

 Items in this folder are automatically deleted after 30 days.

 

The default language can be changed by logging onto the web interface at:

www.google.com/a/<yourdomainname> With the credentials that were supplied.

Select “Mail”

From the interface select “Settings”

On the “General” tab select the appropriate language

Select “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page

 

Emptying Deleted Items In Google

 

Logon to the web interface for Google Mail at:

www.google.com/a/<yourdomain.com>

Select “Email”

 

 

Under the folder list at the left select the drop down next to “x more”

Then select “Trash” or “Bin” (depending on your language settings)
